SnapNeoProduct & license
SnapNeo offers free essential features. A one-time Microsoft Store in-app purchase unlocks Pro 1.x with no recurring subscription, including Pro 1.x features and updates within 1.x. Future major versions are priced separately; purchased 1.x rights remain. Upgrade details will be announced at release. Applicable app and Microsoft Store license terms govern use.
Restoration & offline access
Pro rights are managed through the purchasing Microsoft Store account. Use that account to install SnapNeo and restore purchases after changing PCs or reinstalling. Device use follows Store licensing rules; there are no separate one-device or three-device plans. Buying and restoring need Store connectivity. Offline Pro access depends on a valid Store license. Free features do not require Pro.
Prices & payment
Pro 1.x is a one-time in-app purchase through Microsoft Store, with no subscription. Install for free and view your local price in the app before deciding to buy. Your price, currency, taxes, offers and availability are shown in the Store purchase window before you confirm payment. Pro availability is determined by the Store query in the app. The website provides product information and the Store installation link; payment takes place in Microsoft’s purchase window launched by the app.
Orders, refunds & billing documents
Use the purchasing Microsoft account’s order history for transactions, available refund options and billing documents. Eligibility, processing and document types depend on Store policies, region and the actual order. After a refund or revocation, Pro access ends when the Store license state updates. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Distribution
The current public release plan covers the Microsoft Store edition. Standalone website installers and portable editions are not publicly distributed at this stage, and sharing Store purchase rights with them is not promised.
Features & external services
Free features include capture, basic annotations, text OCR, static pins, history and basic recording. Pro includes smart erase, table and formula recognition, image translation, live pins, advanced recording and MP4 clip trimming. Formula recognition initially needs a separate model. External translation needs connectivity and valid service configuration; the purchase does not include unlimited third-party cloud usage.
